      Pros

      Uline is by far the best company I have worked for in my career. The culture, work environment, leadership, personal development opportunities and benefits are just a few things that will keep me at UIine for many years to come. I am truly happy working for Uline.

      Cons

      Not the traditional 9 to 5 schedule due to our same day shipping guarantee, which gives us a competitive advantage in the industry and continued growth.

      Pros

      Good pay, good people, good experience. Invest in employee growth and lots of hands-on training.

      Cons

      Lack of promotion and upward mobility. Lots of tracking/micro-managing and no trust in their employees. Lots of questioning and monitoring, employees here are paid to babysit. Lack of work/life balance.
