Benefits, Bonus plans, and company parties.

Cons

Creation of pointless rules that have no real benefit to the company. Always looking for negative things to add to the employees' year end review. Very sad how employees view management as their enemy.

Typical call center negatives. Strict adherence schedule. Must be logged into phones hourly. Sometimes snobby and lazy management.
