Pros

The company owners are 100% committed to Uline's long term success. They are not making decisions based on short term challenges / opportunities. Didn't have any layoffs in March - April 2020, unlike many other companies. Uline is reinvesting a great deal of the profit back into its business. Business is growing and that creates multiple opportunities for professional development. Pay is good and we have annual salary increases. Unbelievable year-end bonuses for all employees. The owners expect employees to work hard every day. The pace is very fast and demanding. However, the Uihlein family truly does care about their employees.

I love this place . Never knew this place can pay so well for a forklift job!! Motivated by money!! Free ticket to amusement park and other stuff!! Constant overtime!! Meaning more money!! Free clothes for warehouse associate it is good! save money on buying clothes, I wish they gave shoe to!! Free bottle water year round .

If u hate working overtime , this place is not for you. If u hate dress code , this place not for you. If your lazy , this place is not for you .
