      Thank you for your feedback. The Uihlein’s invest in the company’s success as well as the employee’s success. This includes providing competitive wages and performance based employee bonuses; making sure all employee contributions are valued. We have onsite cafeterias and vending machines that have a sufficient amount of energy bars and snickers but we appreciate the concern. Thank you for leaving your feedback.

      Pros

      This company is very employee-oriented. There is a tedious process to walk through when being hired, but they have a minimal turnover rate because of it. They are a family company and keep that culture very present in the day-to-day environment. Everyone is very welcoming and wanting you to pursue what you are most passionate about.

      Cons

      There is a slow learning curve, so there may be lulls in the beginning of not having a ton of work, but there is no expectation to know everything. There is some micro-managing, but they treat employees with utmost respect, so it is not overwhelming by any means.

      Management sucks. Will screw you over what ever chance they get including HR. Can't believe I spent 11 years there
