Good company overall, good benefits, profit sharing, nice work environment, growing company
Cons
Delusional president. Everything needs to be done her way. People at the company ultimately have no say in anything unless she approves it. She does not like analytics so it is frustrating being a part of a company that is not data-driven. Analytical leaders are non-existent at Uline and you will not be paid anywhere near what analysts should be making.
