The pay was not worth it for how much work you were actually putting in. You always have the feeling that you could be replaced as they are constantly interviewing people. You literally have no time during the day to talk with your colleagues which is rather stressful. I feel like it will be very hard for them to attract milllenial talent moving into the future as the company is very old school. Over 10 people quit in the year and a half I was with Uline, it seemed like employee turnover was management's goal.

Micromanagement gone wild. Employees often felt overworked and unappreciated. Many accomplishments went unnoticed, but even the slightest of mistakes was analyzed under a microscope and scarred your performance statistics. Not a lot of room for advancement.
