Pros

Competitive pay Profit Sharing Bonus Great Benefits

Cons

Hard to move up the ladder. They hire upper and mid level management from the outside instead of promoting deserving employees that have years of experience with the company.

Pros

Good pay and the profits sharing bonus is good.

Cons

Terrible managment. Most of them got hired before the company put in high standards for manager to get hired in. If they applied for the base position now they would not get hired. Some were completely incompetent. It is slowly changing. My biggest problem is that it is impossible for any workers to move up within the company. I saw many try and all were told they are not good enough. A week later they would bring in a kid straight out of college who never had a fulltime job or ever saw an inside of a warehouse. It was completely insulting to be honest. Managment would tell people to apply when a lead, supervisor, or manager position opened up but would turn everyone down, and boom a week later they would bring in a kid out of college. People who had a college degree could not even move up. So if you thinking you want to work for a company you want to grow with forget it. Worse part is they would post manager in training programs, which means for half a year you would try out, they would give you extra tasks on top of your regular work, and when the time was up they would tell you sorry but you are not good enough, and would move on to fool another worker do the same. They would use workers that way into doing extra work the managment did not want to do. I saw many workers completely break down and loose all respect for the company, and I am talking about hard competent workers who had what it takes. So if you want a dead end job where want to do physical work till you retire Uline is for you.
