      Pros

      Uline is by far the best company I have worked for in my career. The culture, work environment, leadership, personal development opportunities and benefits are just a few things that will keep me at UIine for many years to come. I am truly happy working for Uline.

      Cons

      Not the traditional 9 to 5 schedule due to our same day shipping guarantee, which gives us a competitive advantage in the industry and continued growth.

      Pros

      Great culture, team atmosphere. Management strives for continuous improvement on a daily basis. Pay,benefits, and company initiatives are very good and above industry average.

      Uline hires high quality individuals and can be tough to get in the door. The hiring process is very thorough

      Pros

      Lots of over time. Good 401K Matching

      Cons

      They give time off based on seniority. You'll never get PTO approved. Worked like a dog and if you do a bad job they will move you into a corner and have you do "busy" work like clean everyone's desk. Overtime is mandatory.

Uline is proud to be a growing company, but it sure does get busy sometimes. Especially when we’re trying to fulfill orders by 6 p.m. One of the things we truly appreciate is when our employees double down and work together until they get the job done, and it’s an expectation that we certainly try to set with employees at all levels.
