Pros

There is absolutely nothing positive that I can say about ULINE

Cons

This place has to be one of the worst places a person could work. The leads management at ULINE are a complete bunch of clowns. They micromanage you like your some kind of child, this job was a total insult to my intelligence. The people who are here and don't have a plan to get out well, I feel sorry for them, no place to build a career and, this job certainly isn't a career either. U are there till 9pm almost everynight never out on time.

Pros

- Opportunities for development: You can raise your hand and get experiences that you want to. - Bonus programs: Bonus programs are very competitive. - Successful: The company is killing it, and has been for years. Whenever you think the success is going to slow down, it doesn't.

Cons

- Base salaries are not competitive. Uline looks for top talent but then expects to pay middle of the road for it. - Very poor maternity leave policy (and no paternity). - Focus on hours. You can bust your butt 47 hours a week and be compared unfavorably to someone who stands around for 50 hours a week. - Cubes are audited to ensure they follow strict guidelines.

Uline is a fantastic company to work for with a strong culture and unlimited future. Management is very transparent with the way the company is performing. As a strong North American, family-owned company, Uline is a company that you are proud to work for. Cons

Tough to get in. Once you are in you tend to stay.

Thank you for your feedback. We are happy you’ve had a great experience here. At Uline, we invest in the company’s success as well as our employees’ success. This includes providing great benefits, unique perks and competitive pay. Plus, our multiple bonus structures ensure all employee contributions are valued. We take pride in our turnover being well below industry average. Just this past year, 50% of our non-entry level roles were filled internally through promotions or lateral moves. It’s true; Uline does have a thorough screening process which contributes greatly to our success. Every company has its own special culture. At Uline, we strive to find the best candidates possible that will adapt well to our culture, and more importantly, make sure our culture is a great fit for them. We want all our employees to be happy here. That means making sure we offer jobs to those we believe will thrive and have a long, successful career at Uline. Thank you again. We appreciate the time you’ve taken to leave your review.
