      Feedback oriented company means it's about personal growth and helping you to improve. Not being punished when you missed an arbitrary target.

      Cons

      It is definitely a full time job. Some weeks are longer than others but 45-50 hours is normal.

      Everything. Uline is the fakest company ever. The fake care about their employees but they really don't care about you. It is EXTREMELY micromanage to the point of ridiculousness. Your computer is ALWAYS being monitored. If you are 1 minute late you get penalized. It is almost like a CULT. They want you to conform to the Uline way and believe in ONLY there system and way of doing things. An example of this craziness was that I was let go because they saw my resume on Indeed while still employed there. This company is horrible and evil. Do not work for Uline.
