Pros

good pay is all I can say!!

Cons

micro managed, management sucks, and management communication/soft skills are terrible. Just because you graduated with a bs degree doesn't make you management material. The glass ceiling is getting dirty and there are snakes in the grass...

Pros

Opportunities for success. Teach you how to be a professional. Offers a lot of overtime and a good end of year bonus if you make the time cut for employment.

Cons

Highly micromanaged company that puts a lot of emphasis on stats for performance evaluation. If you start out in Customer Service, you will most likely have a tough road to an actual job. It's really hard to get out of this hole unless you have a masters degree or do something outstanding.

Benefits,high salary, managing people, production flow,multi tasking variety in responsibilities. Overall good atmosphere

Cons

Not many more opportunities for advancement due to ages of few above me, late hours ,hors change big monthly, would like to relocate back to knoxvolle
