Pros

Growing company with a great website and support at many levels. Very smart and mostly friendly coworkers.

Cons

Uline family conservative political values are embedded in the company culture in many ways. If your opinions differ, you will constantly feel like an outsider. This has alienated employees and customers. Also, way too many audits and too much marketing saturation for customers.

Pros

The end of year money. Too bad the feeling of getting bonuses only last 1 week until you realize you work for the devil again.

Cons

Dont go against the grain or question anything. If you do, you aren't "uline" enough and shunned so that if you come up in a corp. audit they have an excuse. Everything warehouse involved is strictly to look good to the other branches. Doesnt matter if it makes sense or not. You learn quickly that not much does.

Pros

Great pay and benefits, the company as a whole takes very good care of their employees. Yearly profit sharing bonus is a huge plus, and the company continues to grow every single year.

Cons

Micromanagement city, zero career path or talent growth for eager employees. Lots of mandatory overtime. Many of the leads/managers don't treat their employees well and are condescending.
