Horrible work environment! A preponderance of pernicious politics! Constantly walking on egg shells - incredibly unstable and in constant fear of needless retribution and termination!

Typical call center negatives. Strict adherence schedule. Must be logged into phones hourly. Sometimes snobby and lazy management.

Management is excellent. You are view in the workplace based on how well you perform. Non biased when it comes to advancement, the harder you work, the faster you advance. good bonuses and your treated like family
