Pros

Fast paced, fulfilling work environment. Great people to work with.

Cons

Minimum advancement opportunities. Would be nice to offer more routes to get normal hours.

Pros

Stable for those looking for a typical 9-5. Good benefits. Good profit sharing bonuses at end of year. Good work/ life balance.

Cons

Lack of serious advancement. Very low individual raises at end of year. Job can become redundant after a while. Cubicle style work environment. Extreme micromanaging culture. High stress at times. Underpaid. Internal politics can be an issue.

Pros

Local mgmt is good and at a branch level, PA is fantastic. Great pay, bonuses, benefits. Awesome people to work with. Customer minded business for the most part, but has declined in that area this past year.

Cons

From a corporate standpoint might as well have a number on the back of your striped jumpsuit. They want you to be a soldier in the herd. Most don't want your opinion if it might rock the boat. Not much room for advancement at the branch level. Hope you like to talk on the phone.
