Pros
The benefits are good and the people are great. The lunch they served was pretty decent as well. Plus, the company has been growing at a rate of 20% a year so you typically csn get some sales bonus pay added to your paychecks.
Cons
The pay was not worth it for how much work you were actually putting in. You always have the feeling that you could be replaced as they are constantly interviewing people. You literally have no time during the day to talk with your colleagues which is rather stressful. I feel like it will be very hard for them to attract milllenial talent moving into the future as the company is very old school. Over 10 people quit in the year and a half I was with Uline, it seemed like employee turnover was management's goal.
