      Pros

      Pay is very competitive, and bonuses are significant (even entry level warehouse employees can make $4,000 + in bonuses their first year of employment with uline) Warehouse is a so clean and bright that it's like an operating room in a hospital compared to other warehouses i have worked in. I very much appreciate that.

      Cons

      If you want to get promoted you better be the best of the best, they are extremely picky when it comes to hiring so all of your co workers will be very smart and hardworking. Your chances of being the best in your department are slim. They also pay a lot so your chances of losing a promotion, to an outside candidate with a ton of experience and qualifications, are high. All of this is great for Uline but it sucks for the average employee even if you are smart and hardworking.

      Pros

      The pay is great at Uline. They offer 401K, 3 weeks PTO the day you start, and an amazing end of the year Bonus.

      Cons

      Management is the worst part about Uline. They constantly talk down to you and treat you like a child, unless of course you are one of the "favorites". As long as you know about fantasy football, you will be a favorite of management.
