Everything Else. I felt as if I got in my car and drove to 1965. No union but everything is set up like they have a union. They even set your work and break schedule based on who has the most seniority. They use the don't say anything to the new guy until after he makes a mistake training system. Women and minorities need not apply. Very few minorities..Even less women. Wasn't for me.

most of the employees are very unhappy with schedule and lack of information given to employees when it comes down to overtime . very strict over silly things like how your hair is done. all they care about is production and a lot of favoritism towards employees if your aren't friends with supervisors outside of work then you will be at the bottom when it comes to days off and things like that
