Pros

good pay, better than average benefits, clean facility and steady work from a very stable company

Cons

The micro-management at this company is unbelievable. Monitored times warehouse employees are allowed in bathrooms, clock in and out for lunch breaks, constant hovering at all times. If you like to be watched and controlled you will love it here.

U/A for inclement weather

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Pay/overtime/bonuses/ A/C and heating /break and workout rooms

Cons

My main concern is that I just found out today that due to predictions of snow and inclement weather conditions here in Texas; that we may be made to make up possible missed day on Thursday or Friday to avoid a UA. While I understand the company IS trying to work around this for the safety of their workers, I DONT understand HOW inclement weather; (something COMPLETELY out of the control of ANY human being), is counted as a UA(Unexcused absence). It’s a weather condition that can cause harm to people in travel to and from work. How are you going to say you value your workers and their safety is “number one priority “, but make them FEEL so bad or paranoid if you miss one day? And HOW does a company count a Unexcused absence for something like weather that you cannot control. Idk
