Pros

Good pay. Lots of overtime. The average quality of employees is much higher than most warehouses. They keep their warehouses very clean.

Cons

Lots of overtime. No room for real advancement. Company does not promote from within so don't apply for a position lower than that of what you hope to be in in the future. Great for those seeking a job but not for anyone seeking a career.

Pros

Great Pay & Job was easy for an account manager Wonderful on helping you work on time management skills Highly recommend for new sales reps.

Cons

No flexibility in hours Managers watch emails and monitors phone calls Call your accounts after you visit to make sure you were there The day of "Sales Professionals" wearing a tie to go on calls to dirty manufacturing facilities is over.

Pros

Bonuses are very generous. Benefits are good and health insurance premiums are low. Leave work at work; no work is ever brought home.

Cons

Customer word always trumps the employee in every situation. This is stressful when you are a perfectionist and are told you do things wrong or inaccurate but really, you did as the customer requested.
