Pros

There are no reasons to work here.

Cons

They actually fly people to Los Angeles for more interviews and take hair samples for drug testing. In addition the owner has an election denier and conspiracy theorist! Still want to work at Uline?

Uline Response

The political leanings of Uline founders as private citizens does not represent the more than 9,000 employees who come to work from diverse backgrounds and experiences. We continue to work hard to foster an inclusive work environment for all of our employees.

Pros

Solid company structure Resourceful teams and people in organization Prioritize learning opportunities Great on-site buildings Competitive Pay

Cons

No intention on innovating on current technology No intention on allowing any work from home or hybrid system No benefits to those that need to be on-call nor no training for those that are forced to be on-call Required to clock in and out as a salaried employee Diversity is really bad, mostly all just white males that work here. Self expression is limited to 5 personal items on desk which must be approved and put away before leaving
