Pros

This company is in the stone ages and it is so much more than customer service and they do not even want to pay you. The job is easy money but essentially they MAKE the job hard despite it being so easy a 5th grader could do it.

Cons

They feed you alot and one day the manager called the people Vultures. I laughed at the time because the amount of disrespect is so unbelievable.

We’re disheartened to hear that as one of our employees, you don’t feel valued in your current Customer Service role. As an employer of choice for more than 9,000 team members, we always try to treat our employees like family members. When employees feel stuck, we strongly encourage them to discuss their concerns with their manager.

Pros

The only reasons to work here is to make money and to get great benefits. Excessive amount of PTO, hefty year end bonuses, slightly above average pay, great health insurance and 401k benefits. Nearly endless amounts of overtime which can be a pro or con. I take advantage of it and made 100k+ last year.

Cons

Terrible hours. And the random amounts of overtime make the terrible hours impossible to have a decent family/life balance. You essentially don’t exist with your family until the weekend. Management is overpopulated and useless. Their positions are essentially that of a drill sergeant in the military. Nit pick, micro manage, and find and exploit anything that’s possibly skewed in a negative aspect. They don’t praise and pay any attention to anything positive. This makes the work environment extremely stressful on top of the physically demanding work. Hence why there is an excessive amount of people who are medicated to deal with the job. Or they take FMLA to help recoup from the job. Human Resources wants you to be seen and not heard. They care only about their relationship with management and not to help any general employees. They are completely biased and will force you out the door via quitting, fired, or a severance package. If you have any issues, they will be reluctant to help. This often results in employees going to the corporate HR team via the ethics hotline. There is also no opportunity for growth within the company. When the leadership team finds a position that you are great at, they want you to remain there until you quit or retire. Only woman and useless employees get promoted or moved to other positions with better hours and less stress. Even if they are under qualified or inexperienced, vaginas and incompetence are trump cards.
