-> Very good working environment, excellent co-workers -> Free lunch -> Exposure to latest technology nodes including 5nm and 7nm -> Lots of learning opportunity -> Opportunity to work with top companies in world

Cons

-> Very poor management policy. It is basically made up on the spot, very often management changes it without even informing the employees. Management often ask employees to write their own "Job Description". -> Poor work life balance. Sometimes management forces you to work late and work on holidays without a valid reason. -> Salary, bonuses and benefits are not competitive. -> No long term benefits like provident fund. -> Employee Meetings are basically management stating the same thing over and over again. They demand that you work hard without any monitory incentive. -> They will exploit you if they provide you onsite opportunity. You will be paid minimum wage and they will demand that you work 14 hours a day and work on holidays.
