1. Great environment for learning. 2. Co-workers will make you feel like part of the family.

Cons

1. No work/life balance. Working over time is a norm there. Even working on weekends. If someone doesn't work overtime, it will reflect on performance review. 2. Base salary is too low. It will take 5-10 years to get a decent salary. 3. Working overtime is a norm, but there are no extra benefits except getting a decent performance review like other people.

1. Leading VLSI related company in Bangladesh with probably the most projects right now. 2. Friendly environment.

Cons

1. Horrible work-life balance. The environment is created such that working over-time is considered normal and if you don't do so, you will be looked down affecting your performance review. 2. Horrible salary structure starting from 20000 BDT. But the amount of work you will be doing is worth lot more.
