1. Severely underpays their employees. The funny thing is that despite of underpaying, they make you think that whatever salary you get they are giving out of mercy and you are still not enough to get that salary. 2. Toxic work environment (not all team but most of them). Specially seniors treat juniors very badly and always try to show their power over them. And this type of behavior is considered to be normal there. 3.There is no work life balance whatsoever. They expect you to work overtime always and if you don't it effects the performance review. And the expectation to work until you die(!) is also stated as a normal requirement. 4.HR management is not so good. They often mess things up. A word of advice to everyone that if you are a fresher, this company might offer you some good opportunity. But you can't stay here for more than 2 years if you actually want to have a better future and career and have financial stability in your life.

-> Very poor management policy. It is basically made up on the spot, very often management changes it without even informing the employees. Management often ask employees to write their own "Job Description". -> Poor work life balance. Sometimes management forces you to work late and work on holidays without a valid reason. -> Salary, bonuses and benefits are not competitive. -> No long term benefits like provident fund. -> Employee Meetings are basically management stating the same thing over and over again. They demand that you work hard without any monitory incentive. -> They will exploit you if they provide you onsite opportunity. You will be paid minimum wage and they will demand that you work 14 hours a day and work on holidays.
