Extreme lack of respect for employees from GM and/or DM. Made to feel like work done is insignificant. Lack of communication between members of management team. Hours offered during interview are rarely ever given due to lack of payroll.

The company is CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP, from allocating hours for employees to the terrible garbage bags we have to use. The music is AWFUL, and if you work more than four consecutive hours, you'll have to hear the playlist again! There usually aren't enough employees on the floor due to having so few hours to give to employees. This in turn causes customer dissatisfaction and too long of lines at the register. We can't adjust the temperature in the store unless we call corporate so they can do it for us, so we're usually sweating profusely or freezing. We have to clean the bathrooms ourselves; there's no cleaning crew.
