      Pros

      A fun environment with a nice discount. You will never run out of something to buy. The people do like to talk with you and the guests do make the job a fun place to work.

      Cons

      Cutting of hours, co-workers always calling out sick, no extra compensation for holidays, and promotion is difficult to come by.

      Great working environment, nice selection of merchandise, great employee discount, and free products.

      Cons

      Not enough hours, not enough floor coverage (because of lack of hours), too many last minute schedule changes, the store I work at is just poorly run in general.
