      I have been with the company for several years.The larger the company gets. The less they care about their employees.

      Pros

      The benefits are pretty good., discounts , holiday pay, vacation pay

      Cons

      No incentive for part-time associates . All stores are ran totally different. Policy's are grey meaning using at convience. Not enough employees to help assist guest. They want so mush done with no help or hours to give assoicates, to get things done.

      New employees may find it hard to break the ice with current employees Expected to already know a lot about all the product lines A lot of work expected for near minimum pay

      Most part time employees are able to enjoy flexible schedules. Ulta offers a great employee discount and fun and friendly staff members.

      Cons

      While the labor is generally light, some tasks can be very physically challenging. There is little opportunity for rapid growth within the company.
