*If you are a beauty fan, you never have to worry about buying make up again. *There is a great focus on training when it comes to beauty, not so much for associates or management *Amazing discount, great insurance *Transparency through the company

Cons

* The work life balance is something that is talked about but not respected as the DM sends mass text message once a week if not more with no consideration of which GM may or may not be working. *Unrealistic goals- once you meet you goals, it is pushed that you do more, sometimes asking for 200% over goal. *Lack of appreciation *No budget for employee appreciation, it always came out of my pocket

Pros

Working with makeup and being able to suggest products to customers that would help them enhance their beauty. I loved that I was able to interact with people.

Cons

The amount of work they made me do for 8.00 and hour was not worth it Only have one person working register at all times Understaffed which lead to difficulty when dealing with long lines Rude general manager, she didn’t know how to treat her employees.

Worked at 4 stores over 2.5 years, GMs usually are supportive and have integrity Great discounts and employee appreciation

Cons

Some GMs are very cliquey and will treat their managers poorly and without integrity Do not expect upper management support if you have issues in the workplace, they will sweep things under the rug Employees were not treated as people, with no concern whatsoever for their wellbeing or problems they were facing in or out of work
