One of the better companies I've worked at

Pros

In light of COVID-19, this company did everything possible to keep their employees. They even distributed a bonus for 2020. Felt like something only a family would do.

Cons

Technology is a little lacking. Senior technical experience is a little lacking as well.

Relentless pace, company pushes and pushes to the point of burning people out. Provides very little training for IT staff.
