Management is horrible, H.R. (Tera) seems like a genuine sociopath with how she toys with people and their private informaction. The new manager of the customer service department (Franky) literally can not grasp how to talk to other adults, and will talk down to you as if you're a child or mentally handicapped. You could not pay me to return to this company in its current state.
