      My coworkers are amazing and the culture is unlike anything I have experienced before.

      Cons

      Pay could be a bit higher, but there is plenty of room for upward movement and automatic raises yearly.

      Awesome trainers and mangers 1hr lunch, remote, flexibility options, pto, benefits, the option to have holidays off or to work. Overall very supportive environment and best job I have ever had.

      Supportive and collaborative team environment. Opportunity for skill development and career advancement. Transparent leadership that encourages open communication. Recognition for hard work and achievements. Flexible work arrangements and healthy work-life balance.

      Cons

      The metrics should be evaluated to adjust them or eliminate them so people don't feel like they are going to get fired because metrics can be unrealistic depending on the day with IT issues, complex students, parent or files or the department.
