      Pros

      UMA strives to be a welcoming and caring workplace for all employees. They value diversity. The work hours for Instructors are very flexible and there are part-time options as well as full-time.

      Cons

      Instructors must have a Masters degree but the pay is lower than one would get working in field.

      Good for paying bills and working remote, great benefits

      Cons

      Micromanage, no room for growth, always adding more work with no extra pay, graduates crying daily about finding them a job but they are not willing to put in work for it themselves. Cold calling for services.
