      Pros

      Ultimate Medical Academy is 100% dedicated to it's mission of creating better lives and opportunities for its employees and the students we serve. From the CEO to the dedicated employees throughout the organization, this company is all about results for our students. The culture is fast paced and at times stressful, but that is all a part of being the best. Really proud to work at this great company and look forward to continuing to better the lives of our students.

      Cons

      The company is a bit slow to respond to the growth and keeping up with training and resources for its staff. Although, these are probably standard growing pains in any business with substantial growth.

      Very aggressive company, consistantly driving to expand market share in a competitive industry.

      There are more than I care to share on this medium. Buyer beware.

      Working at UMA has been a really positive experience. Lots of room for growth and freedom to try new things.

      Flexibly in schedules and ability to work remote as needed. Lots of opportunity to try new things.

      Cons

      Sometimes, poor communication between departments. Hire from the outside for many promotions.
