Remote position great place to work not a good place for long term Management is great the people are cool.

Cons

it's not a stable job even if people want to go to school there are so many variables to them enrolling, financial aid and background checks. I have did this position for years and have learned there are somethings you won't be able to control. You will eventually lose your job because of the above factors. Will you have some success probably will it last No. Please keep this in mind go for this job with a clear understanding and keep applying for other jobs.
