There appears to be a lack of clear direction and defined roles across various levels, from senior leadership to operational teams. In terms customer service-intensive nature of the business, there is limited technology solution to support customers request, This creates an environment where employees are often engaged in low-value tasks, limiting opportunities to develop more substantial skills and knowledge. Over the long term, this can lead to frustration and the feeling of being stuck in a role without clear prospects for growth or advancement
