Interesting work, nice people in engineering.

Cons

New management have cut back on engineering facilities to the point where you can't work in the office without booking a parking space, and the testing is outsourced. Many people see little future in the business.

Majority of people have no ego and get along well, happy to help each other out.

Cons

Management! OHS Manager eavesdropping on conversations and then gossiping with HR Manager about it. Another manager can’t differentiate between someone voicing frustrations and someone having a go at them. Was gaslit, lectured and forced to apologise because I had the audacity to voice frustrations about the fact I was let down by colleagues. Also put my hand up to volunteer and be a mental health first aider but when it came to it they just buried it and moved on,
