Pros

Exposure to interesting and technically advanced projects • Talented and hardworking colleagues at individual contributor level, particularly the technical team! Hard workers. • Opportunities to build resilience and independence • Industry relevance provides career mobility elsewhere

Cons

• Senior leadership is manipulative, inconsistent, and selfserving • Culture of dishonesty, shifting truths, and blame-shifting creates confusion • Employees are undervalued, ignored, and disrespected despite their contributions • No real accountability or support structure; constant fire-fighting is the norm • Morale is extremely low and turnover is high, which further destabilises delivery

Pros

Good place to gain experience. Local managers are usually pretty good.

Cons

Engineers are overworked and or left with little to do. Money seemed to be spent on things that didn't matter. then it was like pulling teeth to get any technology improvements approved.
