Pros

- generally good pay/ work environment - great work benefits (catered thursday meals, site events) - completely new building and updated systems - great work life balance

Cons

- I believe your experience is really dependent on what department you are in and who your boss is (some are better/ more involved than others) - heavily computer based (most meetings are over zoom) - can be a bit cliquey, employees kind of stick to hanging with their groups so can be a bit difficult for newer employees - bit of annoying onboard process - each department is pretty small so their is not often too many job availability
