Over stretched, not enough resources, not enough headcount, lots of micromanaging from certain c-level management, too many directors and VPs (directors are reporting into directors, and VPs are reporting into other VPs)

Sadly, there are no positives to this company

Cons

Traditional boys club. Minorities and women will have a tough time surviving there. Lie about compensation package and keep changing the target goals. Very shady leadership and lots of lawsuits going. The government will catch up with their shady practices. No work life balance and bonus is only annual. Work to death and no recognition from leadership. Terrible place to be in.
