The company is still growing after a rapid expansion last couple of years, the pipeline is strong and a lot of potential with the future.

Cons

The management team is confusing and does not know the simple agency process. Need professional people.

Fast-growing company, room for personal development and growth. Flexible working schedule/hours and we can go to either the Brisbane or Novato locations. Competitive salary. Period. 1+weeks year-end shut-down AND 1 week in the Summer shut-down. Aggressive forward-thinking.

Cons

Fast growing company, old timers have to be persuaded to adjust thinking and stop functioning like a small company.

Pros

I've contracted off and on for Ultragenyx over the past two years and have been impressed with the company and culture. Emil is a passionate leader and that passion cascades down through the organization. Meeting rooms are named after patients and everything is patient-centric. The products are potential blockbuster in the rare space. The HQ is in northern Marin and there is a satellite building in Brisbane so employee can work at either location.

Cons

The company has grown considerably in a short time and has experienced some growing pains but the executive team under Emil is strong and managing the rapid expansion.
