Pros

The company listens to what employees want and tries to incorporate it into the culture (onsite gym, reimbursement on outside gym, company shutdown in the summer and winter, management training, training on how to balance work/life and energy).

Cons

There's a lot of chiefs. Some people have high titles when I don't think they deserve it.
