      -Great place to learn -Yumbra cafe -Awesome staff that is both friendly and talented -Company is pretty flexible with needs of employees -Diverse team representing different nationalities and genders at all levels

      Cons

      -Shotgun approach to product development - throw many SKUs into the market and see what sticks -Disregard for product research/ethnography -Product ask is usually: develop something that will earn x amount of dollars - useless starting point for a designer -Management will do a 180 on opinions to avoid conflict with CEO -Will remove anyone for differing or subversive opinions -Petty internal politics -Anecdotal sexual harassments

      Pros

      Working for "Umbra" the brand that once was decent. Great name to put on a resume for future jobs since most companies and people still don't know how terrible this company has become.

      Cons

      -Don't pay according to skill level. -No positive encouragement just constant complaints from management leaving you to feel of lesser value than you actually are. -Keep hiring recent grads so they don't have to pay high salaries, unless they randomly favor you if you either a) are family or b) humor them -Disrespectful -Ungrateful -Derogatory
