Pros

Great place to learn and work with talented people. Everyone is very friendly and are always willing to help you. The team has a strong connection, not only within each department, but also across different departments. Collaborations and teamwork are highly valued and are encouraged. Management team is transparent with you and are supportive of your progress. They are always there to help and are open to new ideas. As a designer, you get to see and work with various group of people that are part a product life, which is an experience that you do not really get to see anywhere else. Many talented people who are eager to teach you what they know and guide you in your career path – you just have to voice your interest and display your willingness. Free gym, in-house work shop (if you like working hands on – the shop is very accommodating), and free shuttle van service for those who take public transit. Cafeteria is cheap and the food is delicious (different menu every day – you won’t get bored of it). Patio is accessible during the warmer weather, and the chef plans BBQ lunches during the summer.

Cons

The headquarter is located in Scarborough, so if you do not have access to a car, the commute can be brutal (depends where you are coming from). Restaurants and coffee shops are not within walking distance, so again, if you do not have a car, it is difficult to access those. Inconsistent workload. Sometimes workload will come in waves, and OT will occur in order to deliver great quality of work. Working here will require time management skills or else you will be swamped. Benefits are not the best – especially for a company this size. However, it seems to be improving every year.

Pros

The coffee was free, but the tasted was bad.

Cons

Two words describe my experience here- not recommended. The management expects a lot, and some deadlines make you stay awake at night. I wish I hadn't wasted y time here. I don't want other applicants to do that too!
