Nothing. With the exception of senior management, every department had almost 100% turnover, including HR.

Cons

- poor product quality - long hours - poor management - displays of harassment and abuse of power by owner, senior leaders, mid -level managers

I did learn some new skills in the beginning. Great cafeteria food.

Cons

- The team seemed nice at first, but they talk behind your back a lot. Whatever you do or say everyone will know about it. - Very little pay compared to the workload. - Stressful environment, feels like you you will get fired any time soon.
