      - CIO has a very good leadership style, friendly CEO - Supportive, encouraging, knowledgable manager - IT tasks are prioritized well on a monthly basis - Zero overtime - if there is, you can take the time off any other day, you will never work for free - Flexible schedule: you can choose to work 8 am - 4 pm - Yumbra cafeteria for breakfast, lunch, and free coffee and tea - Various training provide - Free parking and charging - Hybrid working schedule - Employee discount (50% off) on all Umbra products *Everything above applies to the IT department

      - Some departments are not as organized, which is making project life cycle of some project requires collaboration longer as usual.
