Pros
The people here are top notch and they really care about their work and client satisfaction. Training opportunities abound. The work is very interesting and challenging. Paid time off is very flexible and management is concerned with work / life balance. The culture and work environment is great. Everybody is open to change and continuous improvement. The size of the company lends itself to a lot of responsibility. There is a strong desire here to set folks up for success. Time is allotted for professional development so personal growth is there is you have a desire to better yourself. The people here are always ready to help.
Cons
The company is small and going through typical growing pains with regard to process. There is a lot of visibility into your work from all levels including executive management so if you're not comfortable with that this may not be the place for you. Small team sizes result in high expectations, but every effort is made to help individuals succeed. Benefits could be better.
