Thank you for your kind words! We’re so glad to hear you’ve had a positive experience with the people, culture, and benefits—it’s great to know those aspects are making an impact. We hear you on the parking situation at our main location in Denver parking is limited around our building. However, we hope that providing parking spaces across the street in the lot and offering reimbursement for parking if you are unable to find a space in either location helps reduce the burden at no cost. Thanks again for taking the time to share your feedback!

Great benefits and great people

Pros

Lots of PTO(~4 weeks combined I think), has a great work life balance culture(am able to leave early or come in late and make it up later that week or next). They have a bunch of cool benefits such as a loan program which has better rates than any bank, will pay for 1/2 of therapy, clubs of all different kinds, and a lot of other cool things that show they care about the people that work here. The people hear are also amazing. Most everyone is nice, smart, empathetic, and just seems happy to be here. Its hard to find someone mean or someone unhappy with their team. Senior management is approachable. When I talk with them or raise a question at our all company monthly meetings, they answer it thoughtfully.

Cons

Because many people work here for a long time and make really close relationships, it can sometimes feel a bit cliquy, but that might just be my introverted self. Unbridled has a bunch of companies that work together and the relationships between them can sometimes be confusing.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this thoughtful review. We’re thrilled to hear that you feel supported by the benefits, flexibility, and overall culture at Unbridled. It means a lot to us that you recognize the efforts we put into creating a people-first workplace. We also appreciate your feedback about the social dynamics and structure. We understand that our unique organizational model can sometimes be complex, and we are always looking for ways to increase clarity and ensure everyone feels included, regardless of how long they’ve been with us or how outgoing they are. We’re grateful to have team members like you who care deeply about the work, the people, and the environment we’re creating together.
