Pros

- Good product - Tech stack is really good

Cons

- management is having a tough time retaining people, very small engineering team now - no intersection between sales and product team, engineering spends a lot of time building things that weren’t planned in advance - pay and perks not up to the market standard - no senior engineers across the engineering team

Pros

- Amazing pay, above industry par - Very good work exposure - Promotion based on your performance, not experience - Good environment - Smart people all around - kick-ass parties - Food throughout the day (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, sandwichs, salad etc)

Cons

- Management is a bit confused on the roadmap sometimes - Work-life is not to the extent you expect being it's a start-up - I don't get good gifts on Secret Santa ;)

Pros

I have been working with Unbxd from past few months. People are very helpful, there is a lot to learn. Best facilities are provided to the employees along with good pay and other benefits I made the best choice by joining Unbxd.

Cons

There is no con with this company. Everything seems to be Great.
