      Pros

      I really enjoyed working here, friendly group of people. My favorite part of this role was getting to work with so many different teams. You need to be very organized and a good communicator. Lots of room for company growth.

      Site merchandising needed a larger team for the amount of work we were doing/ reach our full potential

Our Merchandising team does have to collaborate with a plethora of team members as our product line does have many aspects to account for and we are looking to ensure learning and development are available to our team members.       Pros

      It's a great company to work for temporarily, during the holidays for extra cash. The pay was standard for part time work. The environment was welcoming with some employees. I learned a lot with this being my first call center job.

      Distance from train station, lack of opportunity for growth

      Hello! Thank you for submitting your feedback. We are happy to see you had a positive experience with us and could learn a lot from your time with us too. We look to really do our best to keep all our team members engaged, whether temporary or permanent. We do understand the temporary positions are limiting in the ability to advance as we can only keep so many year round team members. We are hoping to grow and expand our team in the future. We also are a 5 minute walk from the N/R train on 59th St in Brooklyn but do have the NYC ferry nearby, a parking lot, and a few bus lines close by. Thank you again for your time and effort!
