Many systems are in place but with poor integration and maintenance, a lot of manual work as you cannot rely on the system data Spending so much time trying to be organized and "well-planned" but it is very chaotic. Everyone is firefighting everyday. Many long and meaningless meetings, even out of office hour. You basically cannot plan anything at night during weekday. Work-life balance is a joke.
